Roses Are Red, Lilly Can Be Blue

It's almost that time of year, Lilly love birds! Valentines Day is only hours away and over here at the Pink Palm we are anxiously awaiting its arrival-mainly for the chocolates and flowers!

When planning the perfect Valentines Day outfit to 'wow' your beau or your best friends, it's typical to aim straight for all of your most beautiful pink or red silk pieces. However, we are mixing it up this year! Take a note from Mia, who pairs her favorite Charlene Dress with this year's Valentine's Day printed Murfee Scarf. The subtly placed red and pink hearts make a sweet combination for your love-filled day, but wild enough to draw every eye towards you!

DIY Valentine's

Homemade valentine cards are always a winner in our book. They allow you to get creative, save money and who doesn't like crafting with glitter?! We used this great kit from Paper Source to make our Valentines, but you can make adorable cards from any supplies you already have at home. The supplies you will need (not included in the set) are a Sharpie, glue stick and scissors. We used a gold Sharpie for our cards; it looks great on the pink paper!

Lilly Loves You

Regardless of whether you plan on spending your Valentine's Day out on the town with that special someone or with your bestie and a carton of Ben & Jerry's, there is something to celebrate next Friday: the Charleston shipment of Spring! This week we decided to ask some of our favorite Palmettes what they planned on doing/wearing for their Valentine's Day activities:

Lizzy: Jordan and I are going to Bella's on Main Street for dinner! I'll definitely be wearing the new 'I Got Lucky' Moxy Top in Pop Pink.
