Introducing the lovely and talented Tanya! She is the new Assistant Manager in our McLean location. Tanya has worked as a Sales Associate at Pink Palm in the past, but now she is moving up the ranks! With her super friendly personality, great attention to detail and dedicated work ethic, we recognized early on that Tanya was management material! Lucky for us, she accepted the challenge. "Having grown up in South Carolina, I love anything related to warm weather, southern drawls, the beach, sweet tea, and sunshine...which is probably why I love working at Pink Palm so much! When I am not working, you can find me doing something outside, whether it’s listening to live music, walking around Old Town Alexandria, or enjoying a glass of champagne with friends in D.C. I love good southern barbeque, oyster roasts, and Virginia Tech football."
If you could have one super power, what would it be?
Teleportation, so I can travel the world whenever I want.
What are some of your hobbies/likes?
Traveling, brunching, champagne, playing cornhole and bocce ball on the beach, corny wedding dance moves (my go-to is the shopping cart), and a really good Mojito.
What is your favorite movie?
Top Gun...of course.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
I once asked my Grandma how she and my Grandpa have kept such a great relationship during their 62 years of marriage, she told me “Don’t sweat the small stuff.”
