InVestment Pieces: The Allie Packable and Getaway Quilted Vests

We are always on the Lilly Look-Out for double duty pieces that wear well for Pink Palm work and play. Upon surveying the new Resort shipment, all of the Palmettes agree that it’s about time to invest in an Allie Packable Vest!

While Resort may have brought us utter puffer perfection in the form of the Allie Packable, a few Palmettes were quick to point out that Fall’s most flawless Getaway Quilted is a viable vest contender. How could have we forgotten?! In this post, we'll be comparing the Allie Packable (below on the left) and Getaway Quilted (below on the right) Vests in order to help all of our distressed Palmettes make an educated purchase.

If all of these features don't have you convinced that this vest is the absolute best, here's what we love most about the Allie Packable-- the interior pocket doubles as a nifty pouch to hold your vest. The Buzz on Barbour

As we bid the month of October farewell, we all must begin to accept the undeniable truth that winter is coming. Although we are sad to say goodbye to the mild temperatures the first half of autumn offered us, this seasonal transition has all of the Palmettes pining for the latest and greatest in outerwear. Making its debut to the Pink Palm floors, this brand’s neutral hues of Navy and Olive are in stark contrast to the ever-present pops of Lilly Pulitzer Hotty Pink and Fern Green. If you haven’t already guessed (cross out “Googled”) it, allow us the pleasure of introducing Barbour, a perennial favorite of the equestrian and prep sets.

Meet Lindsay | Bethesda's New Assistant Manager

Pink Palm Bethesda could not be more excited to welcome the adorable and bubbly Lindsay, the new Assistant Manager, to their team of Pink Palmettes!  Lindsay is a graduate of Dickinson College and is going to make a wonderful addition to the staff.  Although Lindsay has only been a part of the team a short while so far, she has already proven herself to be quite the trooper suffering through Bethesda's lack of air conditioning for the last three weeks with nothing but a smile! Sparks Fly this 4th of July!

There will be a few times throughout the summer to rock this red, white and blue print. Not only will "Sparks Fly" be perfect for the Fourth of July, this print shows your American pride.
